Hi, I’m Madi, founder and lead coordinator of Athena PNW, a Yakima, Washington-based wedding coordination team serving couples throughout Central Washington and the Pacific Northwest. Yakima is home, and we regularly coordinate weddings throughout Yakima, Ellensburg, the Tri-Cities, and surrounding areas. For Portland and PDX-area weddings, Athena PNW also has an incredible Portland-based lead coordinator who has been part of our team for three wedding seasons, allowing us to serve couples throughout Oregon with the same trusted Athena PNW experience.

My background in event planning began in the corporate world, where timelines, logistics, and organization were everything. It didn’t take long for me to realize weddings were where I truly belonged. I’ve now coordinated more than 100 weddings across the Pacific Northwest and am heading into my fifth wedding season.
