"My husband and I had the privilege of working with Madison for our wedding. I had NO CLUE what to expect when planning a wedding. After our initial email/phone call I figured out how little I actually knew and how knowledgeable Madison is. There was so much to think about for the planning process, from following the vendors, making sure everything got there on time. Moving decor & flowers from church to the reception venue and bringing her own emergency kit for the bridal party. Madison is so sweet and very professional. "I don’t have enough good things to say about Madison! We had our dream wedding and it would not have gone so smoothly had it not been for her. It was a HOT day in the pnw and I was a stress ball but Madison took every single stress off of my shoulders. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to all of her hard work and she even went as far as to run to the store to get more water and otter pops for our guests since it was so hot. "I cannot say enough great things about Madi! Going into wedding planning, I had NO idea what to expect from a day of coordinator. I was just told that it’s one of the few things you NEED on your wedding day. Madi proved just how important (and amazing) she is at your wedding/event! She was very helpful for the months leading up to the wedding (sending helpful tips and helping me with the timeline). On the actual day of my wedding, she showed up on time and immediately got to work! Madi was so organized and knew exactly what needed done, from filling our champagne toast glasses to helping us coordinate getting down the aisle. She worked with the venue owner, my photographer, and caterers. I literally had ZERO worries about how the day was going to go, even though that can be hard to imagine, because this girl had everything planned and organized before I could even blink! 10/10! "Madison was absolutely AMAZING!!! It felt like I had an actual Wedding planner even though all she was supposed to be was my day of coordinator! She created an entire timeline and communicated it with allll of my vendors, DJ, photographer, videographer, officiant, decorator etc. it took so much weight off of my shoulders knowing she was making sure everyone was on the same page. She took charge at my rehearsal and made sure all members of the bridal party knew what they were doing, and the day of the wedding, If I needed anything at all, she was there to make sure I had anything I needed, from scissors, to lip gloss!!! "Madi was our coordinator for our wedding. From the very first initial zoom call Madison was professional, kind, and very detail oriented. We had a lot of decor and moving parts for our wedding. She went above and beyond to work with all the vendors and myself and my now husband. There may have been a few slight hiccups but nothing Madi couldn't handle. The day turned out perfectly and our guests and venue owner were blown away with her service. If you get a chance to work with Madi you know you are getting much more than just a few hrs of help. "We had a fantastic experience working with Madison as she made it feel like we were her top priority throughout the entire process. During our initial visit, Madison listened to everything we wanted and took detailed notes. She gave great feedback and made us aware of PLENTY of things that we hadn't even thought of. She has a great deal of knowledge in this field and it shows. She contacted vendors and facilitated all the hard behind the scenes work for us. The wedding turned out amazing and very stress free. She had Kelli with her to assist and shadow. They were both able to adjust for any last minute changes, and make well-needed decisions in our absence. But never once overstepped, as they checked in with us periodically. Madison and Kelli were given very high praise from other vendors and adored by guests at our wedding. One thing I saw that stood out was their calmness and confidence displayed throughout the event.
